We delivered a complete brand refresh for GPS, including a new logo, website, business cards, email signatures, corporate folders and a quarterly newsletter design - creating a consistent identity across both digital and print.

We began with the logo design, as this sets the foundations for the rest of the branding. After learning more about GPS, our design team created six logo concepts based on the logo questionnaire we provide to all our logo clients.
These six concepts gave GPS a range of styles to consider before choosing the direction they felt suited them best. We then worked through a couple of rounds of revisions together until the final logo was agreed.
The new logo is modern and instantly recognisable, ready to be used across all digital and print materials.

With the new logo in place, our Creative Director, Neil, headed the website redesign. As with all our sites, this wasn’t based on a template - it was designed entirely from scratch around the new branding.
Their website needed to clearly present their property listings, allow users to search them easily, and support buyers, sellers and investors through the process. Everything needed to be designed to work smoothly across all devices and to reflect the new branding throughout.

After establishing what GPS wanted to achieve with their website, Neil produced a homepage and inner page design for them to review. Once approved, he built out the rest of the site, including a bespoke CMS for all their properties, a fully functional property search bar and a favourites page.
This CMS was designed to be manageable for the client so they can upload and update properties themselves but still benefit from ongoing support and unlimited updates from us when they need it.

While web development was underway, we were simultaneously working on updating GPS’s print and marketing material so everything reflected their new branding.
Neil designed new business cards for their team with custom designs for each staff member. He also updated their V-shaped boards, which can now be seen standing pride of place on their properties in and around Eastbourne. Heather created matching email signatures, new corporate folders and also designed a quarterly newsletter, visually aligned with their new branding and easy for GPS to update each quarter.

GPS’s transformation is a perfect example of what happens when a client embraces the full power of branding.
From logo to website to print materials, every element now works together to present a strong, unified and modern identity.
With the new branding and website established, we introduced blogging, designed to increase GPS’s visibility and strengthen their authority in the property market. Each blog is researched and written to target the questions and search terms buyers, sellers and investors are actively using. This helps GPS appear for a broader range of searches and capture high-intent traffic that might otherwise go to competitors.
Every post is optimised in-house, ensuring the content not only performs well in search engines but also mirrors the professional tone of their refreshed brand. These blogs offer practical guidance and helpful resources that build trust with potential clients long before they make an enquiry.
