Looking Back at 2025

As we begin to wind down for the Christmas break, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on 2025. If this year has taught us anything, it’s that Fountain Digital doesn’t do things by halves. From launching new services to celebrating 15 years in business, it’s been a year full of progress, creativity and of course, plenty of coffee.

New Services & New Partners

We’re incredibly proud to have launched our videography service this year. What began with short-form reels and social content has quickly grown to include full-scale corporate video production for a range of fantastic clients. Recently, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Brufords on their video content and we’re excited to continue building this partnership throughout 2026.

The growth of our videography offering also led to an exciting new partnership with Smokescreen Visuals. As true legends in the world of videography, this collaboration has already delivered stunning work that perfectly balances professionalism with creativity.

Client Growth

We feel incredibly lucky to have seen our client base grow again in 2025, surpassing 2024, with the most recent quarter marking the best in FD’s history. This year, we welcomed new website, marketing and content clients from a wide range of sectors, from local businesses to large global brands.

We’re proud to have begun working with The View, producing their content and managing their social media channels, significantly boosting engagement while creating a consistent and recognisable brand presence.

On the website front, we launched numerous new sites across diverse industries, including Sussex Commercial, Foundry, McMillan Financial Advice, Kaluza, Commodity Centre, Coda Pharmacy and J.A. Steel and Son. Each project was uniquely designed to reflect the brand, combining creativity with functionality to deliver standout websites.

Our marketing team also saw significant growth, both in the number of SEO and social media clients and the results achieved. From higher search engine rankings to increased social engagement, their work delivered measurable impact that helped our clients thrive online.

Team Highlights

Internally, 2025 was a big year at Fountain Digital. After eight years with the company, Karen was promoted to Operations Director, a well-deserved recognition that marks a major milestone, not just in her career, but for all of us at FD.

We also celebrated multiple in-house promotions, recognising the incredible skills, dedication and hard work our team demonstrates every single day.

On a bittersweet note, we’ll be saying a fond farewell to Scarlett, who is leaving FD to follow her dream of travelling the world. We’re so excited for her next adventure, but she will be deeply missed. The good news? A brilliant new team member will be joining us in January - watch this space!

Awards, Events & Celebrations

If there was an event happening, Fountain Digital was there! From the Children’s Respite Ball and Summer Soirée to Airbourne and the Christmas Chamber Lunch, our social calendar was busier than ever. We were also thrilled to win the Digital Excellence Award at the Eastbourne Business Awards. As award winners for the third year running, we couldn’t be prouder of this achievement.

We exhibited at Eastbourne DigiFest and the Eastbourne Business Show, showcasing our work and connecting with the local business community. To top it off, we celebrated our 15-year anniversary with a fantastic party at The View, bringing together families, clients and supporters for a truly memorable evening.

Supporting Charity

We’re proud to continue supporting the many charities close to our hearts and this year we were excited to extend that support to new causes. In 2025, we were delighted to work with Holding Space, GamMed and APA, three incredible organisations that make a genuine difference in people’s lives.

Spearheading AI and AEO

This year, we embraced AI to take our SEO services to the next level, giving clients an even stronger competitive edge. Alongside AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), we ensure content is not just discoverable but delivers clear, direct answers. By combining AI insights with smart AEO strategies, we help clients get faster results, reach the right audience and stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Looking Ahead to 2026

2025 has been all about growth, milestones and innovation and we’re excited to carry all of this momentum into 2026.
