Coronavirus (COVID-19) Business Continuity Plan

Here are the steps we are taking to prevent a negative impact on our services.

As novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases increase in the UK and around the world, Fountain Digital are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees to ensure our services remain operational during these testing times. We shall, to the best of our ability, continue to provide business continuity to our clients, local businesses and partners.

With the increase in COVID-19 cases in the UK, we, as a business, are taking increased measures to maintain continuity whilst providing protection for our employees.

Outlined below are the measures and precautions that are in effect:

  • We have cancelled all business travel, essential and non-essential.
  • We have postponed all face-to-face meetings and conferences. We have also postponed all future events, parties and meet-ups until further notice.
  • We have shared the appropriate health advice, tips and information to our employees on a daily basis under the guidance of the UK Government website.
  • Urgent meetings or interviews are to be carried out over the phone or via video call.

While we are continuing to work to provide our clients with an operational service, we are looking at different scenarios that may come into effect from the UK Government. In a worst case scenario, whereby the government enforces a nationwide lockdown, our team will be forced to work remotely from their homes. As an online and cloud-based business, we are still able to efficiently operate from remote locations and do not anticipate any complications with our services nor our ability to continue to provide such services.

- All services will remain online unless otherwise stated on our website.

Should the scenario arise whereby our team is working remotely, we have ensured that each employee has everything they need to continue their jobs.

We continue to meticulously monitor news from Public Health England, UK Government, NHS and the World Health Organisation (WHO), among other sources and guidelines, to ensure we are in a position to reassess the current outbreak situation or adjust our plans accordingly.

We have prioritised business to client communication to ensure that you, as a customer, are aware of any changes that may impact us and you moving forwards. Furthermore, if you have any queries or concerns then, as always, please feel free to contact us.

We wish you all good health and we thank you for your continued trust and understanding.
